Refunds

The short version

Payments are final. The listing goes live as soon as the payment clears, so the service has been delivered at that moment.

Being outranked is not a refund case

Positions move when other people pay more. That is the whole mechanic, it is described on the front page before you pay, and it does not entitle you to money back.

When we do refund

• A payment was taken but the listing never appeared, and we cannot fix it
• A duplicate charge
• We remove a listing for a reason that is not a rule violation

When we do not refund

• The listing was removed for breaking the rules
• You changed your mind, or the listing did not bring the traffic you hoped for
• Someone paid more than you

Chargebacks

If a payment is reversed through a chargeback, the amount is removed from the listing total and from the public total, and the listing drops accordingly. Write to us first: a reversal handled by email is faster than one handled by a bank.
